After our rants on the Charlottesville episode, we went off on a tangent and started discussing something lighter. That spawned the idea for the Great American Rap Bracket. We will be debated the best hip-hop city in America based on the criteria of 1)Skill 2)Classics 3) Impact 4) Current popularity.
